CLEANTECH CARPET CARE
For this one the client is handy when it comes to cars and enjoys a good diner. When I was approached to create the brand for his new carpet care company I wanted to have a nod to those likes as well as keeping the logo “clean” looking. I started with looking at older ads for cars and mages of classic diners to get the hardy chrome feel. Next I looked through other carpet care companies to get a feel for the color palettes that fit. I decided to keep with a light/dark blue contrast which in the end reminded me of the service men that would come to your house for appliances, carpets, or other handiwork.
CIGAR SESSIONS LOUNGE & BAR
This came about quickly, I saw their logo they posted on Facebook for their announced lounge and bar. It was circular, the font looked to be Calibri and there was a lot of dead space. As a cigar fan I didn't think it showed the luxury and comfort you get at a lounge. As a designer I just couldn't let this sit. I redesigned the logo to what you see above and sent it off unsolicited. It was excitedly received and is now the current logo for Cigar Sessions
333 PRODUCTIONS:
333 Productions is the moniker for a local metal sculptor WWII “pin-up” style logo fit his personality and over all brand. It makes you think, classic American, metal, grease and grit. This started off as a pencil sketch that I wasn’t sure what to do with at first. Once I showed it to the client he loved it. I then inked the drawing, scanned it into photoshop to clean up the line work, and do the full colors.
